About Us

At Bentbrook Capital, we offer individual investors the chance to acquire real estate assets in the mobile home community and RV park sectors. Our focus is straightforward: we deliver value to our investors while enhancing the lives of the residents in our communities. We do this by holding fast to principles that have stood the test of time—honesty, integrity, transparency, compliance, and hard work.

Our Objective

Our business model is built on a solid foundation: we lease land to residents who place their mobile homes in our well-managed communities. This isn’t just about owning land; it’s about running these communities with the same institutional rigor and financial discipline you’d expect from a larger operation. The result? Low maintenance costs, high resident satisfaction, and strong retention. Our communities attract a wide range of people—from families and retirees to vacationers and professionals—all drawn by the affordable, flexible homeownership experience we offer.

Executive Team

We want to be more than just financial advisors. We aim to collaborate with our clients and portfolio companies as growth partners, striving for mutual success. In all we do, we want to give stability and long-term value, ensuring that our investments support the long-term growth of our communities and sectors.
